11/5/2015 Domestic Summer Experience Registration Opens
11/30/2015 Early Bird Discount Pricing Ends; Standard Pricing Takes Effect
2/25/2016 Scholarship Applications for CLTC, ILTC and International Kallah due by midnight. Scholarship Applications for all other travel experiences due by midnight to BBYO Passport Office. (Additional scholarship will be available after this date on a rolling basis)
3/3/2016 All Scholarship Awards Announced. Additional scholarship announcements will be made after this date on a rolling basis.
3/9/2016 Last Day to Cancel All Summer Experiences with Full Refund or Transfer without Fee
4/18/2016 Last Day to Cancel Leadership Experiences (excluding ILSI) with $250 Cancellation Fee Last Day to Cancel Passport Experiences ($750 Cancellation Fee) $75 late fee for all payments made after this date. Payment for All Experiences Due in Full
4/19/2016 Payments Non-refundable and Non-transferable for all Summer Experiences
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
BBYO offers need-based scholarships for select experiences. The deadline to apply is midnight PDT on February 25, 2016. The average scholarship allocation for CLTC, ILTC and International Kallah is $546 and, for Israel experiences, it is $1,026.

For Israel Experiences
Any Jewish teen participating in a BBYO Israel experience is eligible for scholarship. The Spitzer Fellowship is designated for ILSI participants and the Milk & Honey Scholarship is designated for all other Israel experiences. Apply as part of your risk-free registration.

Community Scholarships:
Program grants and need-based scholarships may be available through Jewish organizations in your community, like your local Jewish Federation, JCC or synagogue. Give them a call to find out!

BBYO is Proud to Be Part of the Foundation for Jewish Camp Network
First-time Jewish overnight campers could be eligible for up to $1,000 off from One Happy Camper for BBYO Summer Experiences in the United States! New York Teen Scholarship Opportunity
In an effort to make Jewish summer experiences more affordable, the New York Teen Initiative, launched last year by UJA-Federation of New York and the Jim Joseph Foundation, is providing scholarship for all BBYO Summer Experiences! High school-age teens from New York are now eligible for generous financial assistance toward any our programs in Israel, Europe, Africa, Latin America and North America. PAYMENT INFO AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment Information
At the time of registration, a $250 deposit is required to save your teen’s spot. The deposit is fully refundable through March 9, 2016. It is refundable and or transferable with a fee through April 18, 2016. After that, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Plans!
For CLTC, ILTC and Internationall Kallah, families have the option to choose a one-two-or three- part payment plan.
One-Part Payment Plan: Pay in Full by January 28, 2016
Two-Part Payment Plan: Pay First 1/2 by January 28, 2016; Pay Second 1/2 by April 18, 2016
Three-Part Payment Plan: Pay First 1/3 by January 28, 2016; Pay Second 1/3 by March 9, 2016; Pay Final 1/3 by April 18, 2016
Cancellation Policy
Prior to March 9, 2016, payments are refundable and transferable. From March 10, 2016 through April 18, 2016, there is a $250 cancellation fee for CLTC, ILTC, and International Kallah and a $750 cancellation fee for all other travel experiences.
Due to the popularity of our Summer Experiences and to prevent disruption to our program planning late in the season, no refunds and nor transfers will be issued after April 18, 2016. This applies to cases of homesickness, dismissal or voluntary withdrawal.
