By further developing their leadership abilities and learning how to shape a worldwide movement, teens gain invaluable skills, like effective team collaboration, tips for working with adults and communication strategies. All of these skills, and more, will help them succeed long after their AZA and BBG high school experience comes to an end. Through fun camp activities and unique bonding moments, teens build confidence, grow their personal networks with friends from around the world, strengthen their Jewish pride and continue to develop their interests.

Throughout ILTC, teens not only learn from each other and knowledgeable staff, but they’re also joined by guest speakers and expert leaders in the Jewish communal world. When they’re not in sessions, they’re doing all the typical camp things – sports, relaxing, singing and dancing and more. ILTC is truly a mix of learning, leading and having fun!
